Using ClipForm with Mail and Post Items You can use CLIPFORM to extract data from Microsoft Outlook mail messages and post items. This is useful for creating mail delivery reports, listings of discussion threads, etc. Below is a listing of the data fields which Microsoft Outlook includes for mail and post items. All of these are string items, except those highlighted which are boolean, date/time, numeric or special – click the links for information on how to specify the formatting for those values.
