| The Gordon Middle School concert band was honored with an invitation to perform at the annual Pennsylvania Music Educators Association convention in Erie on April 24, 1998. Gordon's band was the only middle school band invited to perform. This is the second time this decade that the concert band has received this high honor, and the eleventh time this decade that a group from Gordon Middle School has been invited to perform at PMEA. | |||||||||||
