Toolkit for Ecco Professional is a collection of utilities for use with Ecco Professional, the personal and workgroup information manager. Toolkit includes the following components to extend Ecco Professional's functionality:

CLIPFORM, a tool for exporting data from Ecco Professional using a user-designed template.

Include any Ecco field including context parents and top level items
Flexible formatting of dates, times, numbers and checkmarks
Export Ecco data in HTML format for Internet/Intranet publishing
Include labels (which are suppressed if there is no folder value)
Export data in outline format for pasting into e-mail applications, etc.
Include data from parent items when sub-item has no field data (useful for using addresses of an organization)
Include literal text, blank lines, and page breaks
Export all selected items, all items in a folder, or all items in a named view
Data is copied to clipboard or saved to a file
Call a batch program or macro when complete
Create a template for every export need; add templates to the Ecco toolbar
Create Clipform templates with point-and-click ease using the Clipform Template Editor. Select folders of any type from the current Ecco file just by pointing and clicking!

EDITNOTE, a tool for editing text notes in Ecco columns using a familiar onscreen 3x5 card. Makes working with text notes easy!

LAUNCHER - a tool for launching files associated with Ecco items.

ORPHAN - a tool for removing orphan items (items not included in any folder, which ordinarily cannot be deleted) from an Ecco data file.
